Maintaining a professional appearance when reporting to work is imperative. We expect all employees to adhere to the client's uniform policies by dressing accordingly. Attire such as shorts, track pants, and leggings are not permissible. Please be informed that in the event of site-specific regulations, or additional PPE requirements, you will be duly notified upon assignment to a specific job.

While we do not provide uniforms or PPE, it is important to note that our uniform and PPE provisions are tailored to our clients' specific requirements. As a general practice, we recommend a high-visibility top and safety shoes for on-site work. However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the individual to supply their own uniform and PPE.

We specialize in a broad range of industries, including trade & services, warehousing & logistics, manufacturing, food production, technology, finance, and more. We cater to a wide range of job roles, from entry-level to senior management positions.

As per the client's guidelines, it is mandatory for all employees at Goallan Services to accurately record their working hours. This can be done through a manual timesheet that requires daily verification from a supervisor or through a digital tablet provided for the same purpose.

Please note that any errors in your timekeeping may result in payment discrepancies or delays. If you experience difficulty using the tablet for clocking in and out and are unable to utilize the system, kindly inform your supervisor and promptly contact Goallan Services for prompt assistance.

Our pay cycle operates for the duration of each week, commencing on Monday to Sunday. All hours worked during this time frame will be paid the following week on Wednesday, or Friday at the latest. Your Payslip will be sent to you via email. Should you not receive your Payslip by 5:30pm on Tuesday, kindly get in touch with our payroll department before 12 noon to resolve the matter.

We recommend reaching out to our recruiters to discuss any issues or concerns you may have with your job or employer. We are here to provide support and guidance throughout your employment.
