Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Window Tinter to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality window tinting services for automotive, residential, and commercial clients across Melbourne. Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure and cut window film to fit various window sizes and shapes.
  • Prepare windows by cleaning and ensuring surfaces are free of dirt and debris.
  • Apply window tint to automotive, residential, and commercial windows, ensuring a smooth, bubble-free finish.
  • Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
  • Remove old film and prepare surfaces for new tint applications.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of window tinting and provide aftercare instructions.
  • Maintain and organise tools and materials.
  • Ensure all work meets industry standards and client specifications.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to complete projects on time.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Window Tinter in automotive and/or residential/commercial settings.
  • Strong knowledge of window tinting techniques and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Good physical condition and stamina for manual labour.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
  • Possessing the necessary tools for the job is preferable but not required.
