Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and clean surfaces to be coated.
• Mix and apply powder coatings to aluminium surfaces using various application methods.
• Ensure that the coating is applied uniformly and consistently.
• Inspect finished products for defects and perform touch-ups as needed.
• Maintain equipment and work area according to safety standards.
• Keep inventory of powder coating materials and order supplies as needed.
• Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in using powder coating equipment and techniques.
• Great attention to detail
• Proficiency with handheld tools
• Comfortable working in a vibrant, fast-paced warehouse environment
• Own a reliable transport
