Technical Sales Account Manager

Location: Keysborough, VIC 3173

Employment Type: Casual, ongoing

Pay Rate: $40+ p/h + super

We’re currently seeking a Technical Sales Account Manager for our client based in Keysborough, VIC.

This role would suit someone with strong communication skills, a technical mindset and the ability to work across sales, client management, project coordination and internal production teams.

The position involves dealing with customers, assisting with sales and marketing, following up on account matters, and working closely with Engineering and Production to help manage projects and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Assisting with sales, marketing and client enquiries.
• Liaising with clients regarding orders, projects and general account matters.
• Following up customer payments with Administration/Finance.
• Assisting with commercial matters and account reconciliation.
• Working closely with Engineering and Production teams.
• Assisting with project coordination and job follow-up.
• Reading and understanding drawings, specifications and client requirements.
• Providing updates to customers and internal teams.
• Supporting the business with day-to-day account and project related tasks.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in technical sales, account management, project coordination or a similar role.
• Strong client communication skills.
• Good computer and administration skills.
• Ability to understand drawings or technical information.
• A professional and organised approach.
• Ability to follow up tasks and communicate clearly.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, engineering, glazing or similar industries would be highly regarded.
• Willingness to learn the business and grow with the company.
